WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ARE YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

At Now You Glow, our mission is to help you find the luxury item you have always wanted while also providing a worry free luxury shopping experience. A key component of that is building trust through authenticity. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell or 100% of your money back. Read more about our authentication process here

CONDITION SCALE

  • Like New: Items may have never been worn or used. May have been on display. May still have stickers on hardware.
  • Excellent: Items have been worn but do not have any major visible signs of wear except from normal, light use.
  • Very good: Items in very good condition have been worn regularly. They will show signs of light to moderate wear which includes: scratches, scuffs, MINOR stains, LIGHT discoloration, or other marks.
  • Good: Items in good condition have been worn regularly and show moderate to heavy signs of wear which may include: scratches, stains, discoloration or other marks.

We do not offer an in house layaway plan. We have a couple of different payment plan options to choose from at checkout.

BUY OUT AND CONSIGNMENT

Now You Glow offers to directly buyout your item(s) and issues payment to you upfront after your items have been quoted, sent into Now You Glow, and authenticated. All items sold to Now You Glow as a buyout are final once payment has been issued. 

How do I get started selling an item to you?

You simply click "Sell My Item Now" at the top of our page. Be sure to create an account so you can follow along the process from quote received, quote sent, shipped, authenticated and paid.​

How long does the entire process take?

We typically say from the time you submit your item to the time you will receive your payment is about 10-14 business days. Here is the breakdown:

1. Receive a quote: 3-4 days
2. Ship items to us: 3-5 days
3. Unbox your item, confirm condition and authenticity: 2-3 days
4. Send payment for item: 1-2 days
*All of these times estimates. These timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.

How do you issue payment for my item(s)?

You may choose to be paid via the following methods. Please note, you set this up under "My Account":

PayPal (Sent via friends and family, however, if you have a business account, fees may apply)

Bank Transfer (this method typically takes 3-4 business days to reach your account once we send it)

Why was my item declined for a buy out?

This could happen for a variety of reasons. Here are the main ones:

Your item may be from a brand that we do not commonly sell.

Your item may not be a category that we accept, such as clothing or fragrance.

Your item may have a low resale value (due to the style, color, size, condition, etc.)

Your item may be equivalent or similar to others we have in stock.

 

How long is my quote valid?

All quotes are valid for 30 days upon issue. We also ask that all accepted quotes be shipped within 7 days of receiving the quote and shipping label. If it has gone past this time frame, we ask you to please resubmit your item.

While we sometimes respond to Instagram messages faster, we ask that all serious inquiries and correspondence is handled via email. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response (this excludes holidays and weekends.)
